• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Product must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

• Devices that have been physically damaged, modified, or used beyond initial testing may not be eligible for return.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
